Fran is basically the stereotypical snobby, rich girl who believes she's better than everyone. She's only nice to people who have earned her trust and teachers, and acts hostile and rude almost anyone else. Though she isn't always a bitch, it is hard to get her to open up and show her nice side. Fran is actually quite insecure, so she tries to act like she's better than others so that she feels better about herself.
