Akihiko’s gimmick in the group is being the ‘cool’ one. That’s his actual personality, though; often being described as both laid back and aloof. He likes reading, walking in the rain, or very occasionally baking.
A bad habit of his is that he almost always has his phone with him, either tucked in his pocket or in his hands. ✦ Appearance
Overall, he is a tidy young man who has blue eyes and black hair that’s styled off to the side, with a strand that occasionally falls into his eyes. He’s pretty lanky. His skin is somewhat pale, and he has a small birthmark on the left side of his neck.
The group has many different outfits, depending on the song or show themes and such, but he’s usually got a more masculine fashion than the rest of the guys. When he isn’t performing, he likes to wear comfortable clothes, such as a T-shirt with a pullover sweater, jeans, and sneakers.

Growing up, Akihiko spent most of his time at his grandparents' house, as his parents were often too busy with jobs to care for him. As a kid, he couldn't really complain about it, because his grandmother worked as a baker, which meant he always got any leftover sweets that she hadn't been able to sell. Even now that he's grown up, he visits them frequently. Outside of his family life, he discovered that he wanted to be an idol after overhearing a group of girls at school talking about them, which in turn caused him to search them up and become a fan of more than a few groups, and after a few years which included begging for his grandparents to pay for him to get lessons to improve his voice, Akihiko had gotten the courage to audition, and he was accepted.
