GROUND RULES:
- do not use the artists' designs to promote weird fetishized content (dark subjects okay)
EDITING OF DESIGNS:
- editing designs is fine, this includes changing the colors/drawing over the artist's art in some way.
RESALE/TRADE OF BOUGHT DESIGNS:
- you are able to resell adopts for the same price you purchased it for. extra art may increase the selling price of the design.
- designs are allowed to be traded for art or other designs, or gifted to another person for free.
RESALE OF DESIGNS RECEIVED THROUGH TRADES:
- you may resell the design for the original price it was set at.
- you may not resell the design if it was given to you through gifting means without permission from the person who gifted it to you.
III. COMMERCIAL USE
- all of the artist's designs are made for the purpose of personal use. you may not use any of the designs for commercial use.
