//rambly wip of thoughts

A large vulture-like creature that disguises itself as a plague doctor.

7'6"
humanoid with avian features and slight smatterings of down or fur
flesh seems to be infused with biomechanics- pipe and slit vents regulate heat; thick wire cords sprout from around the shoulder blades and lumbar spine; and his internal systems are riddled in more wires and machinery. The  external cords are able to hook into a mainframe of unknown origin, which he is never far from. The doctor will not intervene in normal attempts from outside forces to try and access data from the mainframe, though noone has ever gained access to whatever data is held within. He will intervene in attempts to damage the machine or the wires.
He doesn't need to eat, though is capable. The mainframe seems to also serve as a lifeforce or battery. Though he can spend hours at a time away, the dr becomes increasingly sluggish and uneasy the longer he is unplugged.
The head appears as a plague doctor's mask, seemingly composed of leather, with a bone tipped beak; though their is no underlying human facial structure. There is a slight preforation to where the "mask" ends, but no actual seam. The mouth is sutured together and a glasgow grin stretches to halfway down the neck. If cut open, the mouth reveals a tapered tongue, along with jagged teeth starting a bit farther back from the nostrils. Toe extra sets of eyes sit on either side of the main pair.

Sentient, mostly passive, and work-oriented. Likes to experiment and gather knowledge. Likes organization and prefers things atleast somewhat clean. Takes a bit to anger, but pissed when pushed there; temper becomes short, patience is almost non-existant. Will lash out and possibly tear stitches and bite.

BNHA
  Villain/neutral
  underground surgeon
  seemingly aloof, cold
  noone has seen his "real" face
  actual monster hiding among humans with quirks
  Treats anyone who comes to him, hero and villain alike "Who and how are not my concern. I treat how I can. Not everyone has the best insurance you know"
  holds that excuse of 'can't reveal patient information', but would totally slip on ones he doesn't like or were assholes
  Does charge, but not nearly as heavily as hospitals
