Neia

Neia's a little different from his purr friends and meowl friends as he's in between of them~ despite being teased and boycott by most of his kinds from both sides, he's actually pretty happy-go-lucky about it. 

• He actually could glide in air for short period with his Meowl wings - flyingfishwooot
• He tries hard to suppress the urge to eat other sea folks, so he often carry some dried squid wth him in case he's hungry (like an uncle)
