Equal parts self-loving and self-loathing, Ramone fancies himself as a misunderstood prettyboy savant with a sly tongue and a broken heart. But that wicked heart is only filled with revulsion for the world around him. After all, Ramone's most beloved companion is his own angst - even intentionally keeping his life in a state of constant brooding misery. Ramone desires to inflict every sort of pain on those who have wronged him - which is just about everybody. Despite his darkest fantasies, Ramone is just an insufferable sleazeball with frightening delusions about his greatness. Only rarely will Ramone show his good samaritan side; evidence that some kind of empathy is hiding underneath his apathetic vices.

To his credit, Ramone is also a conniving and charming man with quite the way with words. Everyone is an open book to Ramone, needing only a bit of observation to get into someone's head. A fiery manipulator, he often manages to slither into the minds of the vulnerable like a parasite, spreading like some twisted disease...But that's not true. It's something he deluded himself into thinking; he's just a mean, harmless loser who actually has no clue about understanding others like a wannabe supervillain. Ramone lives in a junkyard by day along with his right hand man, Royale, who takes care of him out of sympathy.
