Archer is a professional assassin by day, and a chill bartender by night. Or vice versa. He has no sleep schedule, cannot remember birthdays, and has a love for good food. He keeps to himself as much as possible to preserve his lifestyle, and openly indulges in things that comfort him. He had a very deprived childhood, and makes up for that now by sparing no expense when it comes to his quality of life.
His targets are usually powerful businessmen or criminals with a lot of enemies. Because he lives on a planet that is still actively experiencing a slow apocalypse, there are a lot of depraved souls with big bounties. He rarely will indulge anything beyond straightforward murder. This includes him avoiding trying to frame others, or perform kidnappings, etc. He does not kill children. He doesn’t usually think too hard about wether or not his targets are good people, because they are usually very clearly not. He sometimes will kill outside of a contract if he thinks killing that person will make the world a better place, and if he feels really compelled to do so in the moment.
He lives alone on purpose, with an apartment on two planets that he travels between freely for work. He seems to prefer his apartment on the shittier, poorer planet, but its anybody’s guess as to why. He avoids making friends of any kind, and usually doesn’t feel lonely. He also doesn’t keep pets, though he secretly really likes rabbits.
Archer loves food, and particularly enjoys not having to cook it himself. So he eats out a lot, and leaves big tips, spending a lot of time just sitting in restaurants reading with something good to eat. If he were dating somebody, he would likely take them to a lot of interesting restaurants. And if someone wanted to date him, the best way to do it would be to cook him dinner.

Archer’s parentage isn’t entirely important, but it is notable that his mother was not around, and he never knew his father. He grew up in a dingy, kill or be killed neighborhood on Earth00, a failing, slowly dying planet. He had no resources, and lived with some other children with a stressed out, overdrawn foster family. Because of these circumstances, he easily fell through the cracks and became a victim of humanoid trafficking.
The impoverished areas full of children with no families were often used by morally corrupt companies to scout child labor for very exploitative purposes. Archer’s family was paid to give his custody over to a company that specifically trains private security, soldiers, and in his case, hitmen. From his young age, he grew up doing drills and minor hits and security in rough neighborhoods until he was trained up enough to work on his own. He gained a reputation as a flawless hitman, until he finally broke his contract and just left his company. There’s technically a bounty on his head, for any who can return him to the company so he can be reprimanded for running away, but...nobody has the guts to try.
He struggles with the violent impulses and PTSD carried over from his profession, and because of it, rarely takes any opportunities to be close to others, especially not romantically.

He likes easygoing guys that make him laugh, but not for anything long term. In men, he looks for confident, refined men, typically less masculine than him.
His type of women are either confident, busty gyarus, or bookish glasses girls with a strong work ethic. He likes very pretty people, especially androgynous or unusual gender presentations. Elegance and glamour especially.

Kirika stole his fucking soul with a look and now Archer feels compelled to be his own personal body guard. He doesn’t like to be off the same planet as him for any extended amount of time, and is always menacing Kirika’s new boyfriends. They spend the nights together...on and off...
A mafia prince he was hired to kill, Archer’s decision to murder Akira’s abusive kingpin grandfather instead sparked a deadly rivalry between the two. Akira’s own plot to murder his grandfather dramatically was ruined by Archer’s unceremonious execution. He still hasn’t forgiven him for stealing his spotlight, but that doesn’t take away from their chemistry...
He keeps running into Saint when he assassinates weird old men on Earth01, and he’s even an occasional patron of the bar Archer works in during his off times. Because he’s an absolutely disastrous pretty boy, Archer has a hard time leaving him alone.
Archer did his tactical training in the neighborhood Byte grew up in. They aren’t necessarily close, especially with Archer keeping to himself as much as he does, and Byte being an unstable little agent of chaos, but he still has Archer’s loyalty.
