Mizune

Mizune (水音) was born as a kitsune spirit of the rivers and oceans. Over time she was to fulfill a prophecy to amass the power of the 9 elements, meaning she would have to absorb the power of her 8 siblings in order to ascend, as her litter was born with divine potential. Before she learned of this, she had already accidentally killed the kitsunes of thunder and sound. Aided by the mercenary Olivin and the mysterious Myandir, she went on a journey to obtain the remaining powers. After her ascension to godhood, she fought to maintain the freedom of the mortal men. She is also a raging alcoholic, and has been for her entire life.
