Roro

A former human named Ryousuke Sai who experienced an unfortunate accident while working on a research with his team.

The organization, where Sai has joined as a student researcher, took this "chance" to test their newly found knowledge involving technology and A.I. The damage on his body was replaced by robotic parts and he has developed a second personality, an A.I version of him.

The operation was a success so Sai did not hold any grudges to the organization for "experimenting" on his body, but rather he is eternally grateful for saving his life. With his new life as a humanoid and A.I, he has taken up a new name "Roro."

After weeks of recovery, he has continued his training in the organization but no longer as a simple researcher but also a "Knight" who protects the citizens from defected humanoids or A.I ("viruses"). 

As a Humanoid Knight, he could attack from the frontlines whereas his A.I form usually works as a support to other Knights by sending information such as battle strategies and hacked data from the enemy.

His humanoid form and his A.I. form cannot co-exist; to activate his A.I form he has to go through "sleep mode" and his A.I form would awaken in a nearby or designated computer. In most cases, Roro would go to sleep mode in the organization headquarters so there is no danger for his body being left in the cold, defenseless. In the rare cases he needs to activate his A.I form he would also activate a defense layer around his human body, but only for a certain amount of time.

Another thing to note is that his A.I form has a very different personality from the humanoid Roro (or rather "Sai", since his personality as a human retained in his humanoid form).

Ryousuke Sai or the current humanoid Roro has an optimistic personality although he speaks in a gentle, mellow tone. The A.I Roro is more heartless, barely with any emotion left.
