  Palo is agreeable, calm, and patient. Their opinion isn't very hard to change by friends, but they aren't necessarily a pushover. They don't have stage fright, being a musician almost their whole life. Despite all that, they have a short fuse and it isn't hard to make Palo angry. It may come as a surprise, but Palo is rather blunt and sarcastic. Though easily swayed, they aren't afraid to state their opinion and are forthright. Palo is crafty; the Scorpion Den doesn't let the foolish live. They may not like doing immoral things, but sometimes they have to be done to get by.

  They are a musician, specializing in the flute. Palo carries around a painted red wooden flute in a black case. They often preform around the den with the case open for tips. Their father, Snake, was especially skilled in the pan flute and raised Palo to be a music lover. They can play other instruments, but aren't as skilled at them.

  Palo was adopted by a musician named Snake and an assassin named Ra, both SandWings. Palo discovered their passion for music at a young age, with Snake claiming they were like his little shadow. Snake preformed with bands and earned a decent pay, and Ra did his work when he could and did so as well. They lived in somewhat of a middle class. One day, Ra was put in jail for his work as an assassin and has since started to grow cold towards Snake especially, but Palo as well. They've visited him a few times, but it doesn't seem he'll be let out any time soon.

  Palo is agender and uses they/them pronouns. Their name stems from the palo verde plant, and they're ten years old. Palo has large, SkyWing-like wings and can breathe fire and radiates heat when warm. They also wear a smithsonite stud in their right ear.
