It should be noted that I did not come up with the character concept. Swap belongs to the UnderTale community and this is my own version of the character to fit a story that I have created.

Blue is visibly smaller than Error, both in height and weight. His bones are smaller but don't mistake his size for his abilities. He can take and land a hit if need be.
Personality
Blue is a hopeful soul that constantly radiates energy and joy. This is not because he is naive to what’s around him, but because he chooses to see the bad and think on the bright side anyways. He is a constant source of emotional support and is often known as the heart of Snowdin. Everyone seems to be drawn to him, but please, give him space if he asks for it. He needs alone time to the rest and recuperate from the constant smiling.

Story
Swap is kidnapped by Error and forced to live in the void. After learning more about the glitched skeleton, he realizes that it is impossible to be rescued. Swap is going to have do things himself, do what he can to change the mind of the other in order to keep his terror and destruction from being spread to other AU's.
His Motivation
Blue is motivated by his desire to help. He knows how dangerous Error is, he's experienced the glitch's magic and abilities first hand, but he can also see a possible solution; friendship. Error is painfully and obviously lonely (at least to Swap) and it is a glimmer of hope for change. Everyone can change, after all. Swap just needs to hold out till Error calms down, then continue to pry and plant seeds for redemption.
What Happens
The more time Blue spends with Error, the more he realizes how childish and dangerous he is. Error doesn't care about Swap's well being if it means having to do something out of his comfort zone. Error doesn't care if Swap becomes covered in glitches if it means the possibility of setting him free. Error doesn't care. But now, Error is forced to do something about it. Thanks, Ink.

He is surprisingly strong for his size??? Like, wth he can probably pick Error up and chuck him if he wanted.
His abilities are like Classic Papyrus, so he can walk on thin air if desired.
Swap is smarter than you may think. He is constantly going over possible solutions to problems and is more than likely five steps ahead.
As joyous and energetic his persona is, Swap is more chill when left alone. He likes to hang around Waterfall to relax, listen to the water, and watch the crystal "stars" sparkle.
Please, just- don't try and treat him like an ignorant kid? He hates it when people do that. He knows what's going on.
