Serena Rose

The young princess of Videagua. Serena shows promise as the future Queen of the kingdom. Her mother and father have taught her a lot about her future role as a leader, especially with learning about things up on the surface. And while she is very much anticipating a time where she will have step up to the position, Serena also can’t help but show a curiosity towards life as a civilian. As such, sometimes she finds herself wanting to get out of the palace and observe the life outside of it, both on the surface and in the seas. Though Serena is reluctant to admit it, she knows that her outings will grow less frequent as she takes her roll seriously.

Serena has managed to befriend individuals that she holds dear and has managed to positively influence. Inger, a mermaid magician with self-confidence issues. Eloise, a guard for the royal palace and apprehensively viewed by others. Amaryllis, a map-maker with a penchant of being a bit hyper. And perhaps most importantly, her personal bodyguard, Regina, a rare type of mermaid Serena has known since childhood and one that has had many view with caution due to her tail type. 

Serena has managed to touch many hearts, and it’s this desire to befriend and seek peace amongst everyone that make her parents think she is suited for her future as queen.
