Tsuxemi could be considered rather jaded towards life. She is cold and serious, focused to the point of near tunnel vision towards a goal and doing anything she can to further that goal no matter the consquences in some cases. Despite her laser focus, she is notedly precise in her plans, doing things as if she is playing a game of chess and able to explain her thought process- though, not without malice. Her demeanor is generally calm, almost eerily so, still and straight-faced and rarely betraying her true feelings or the constantly racing thoughts in head until she opens her mouth. Generally Tsuxemi has been notedly critical and harsh, but for those who get to know her on a personal level, she isn't without humor or wit, she's quite soft to those whom she has taken under her wing and desperately and horribly.. lonely.
Extend: When using her O-dachi or without use of her sword, she can create extensions of attacks. Such as; taking the arch of her sword and taking the force and sharpness of her blade and forming it to extend attack that grows weaker the further it descends from her.
Tilt-a whirl: Tsuxemi has the ability to create tornadoes. Concentration is a strong contributor of how big the funnel will become and how powerful. She can concetrate them into her limbs to enhance strikes and surround herself in one to divert attacks.
Fly: Tsu has the ability to fly up to 400ft. Alternatively, she can hover at a lower altitude for further extended times.
She also has enhanced speed and agility.

As long as Mitsue could remember, she was brought up by her father for a single purpose; to be useful to him. From a young age, she was trained and lead on the path to be a success and failure was not an option. She knew very little about personal goals, it was all for her father and later as she grew up and took her place beside him, it was all for her 'Boss'. It wasn't her choice to join the same syndicate that her father had dedicated his life to, but in turn, the decision seemed obvious. And to her credit, she climbed the ranks with ease despite the target on her back, not from nepotism, but on the merit of her own skills and desire to prove herself.
Somehow
as she rose in the ranks, she also caught the eye of another member. Love had never been.. a thought, an option for her, but somehow, someway.. she thought she was in love. And like most tragedies, it was their undoing.

on assignment with her partner, there was an accident. An accident that cost her her life. The building collapsed, burning around them and Mitsue was left hanging, her hand grasped by her lover... and she slipped through his fingers and she fell-

- Wears contacts, but when she needs- Wears a pair of glasses.
- A Virgo~! (She knows very little about the zodiac, though- Ask her about blood types instead) She's also Type O.
- Tsuxemi is secretly an otaku! She loves shonen manga and video games! Can be very competitive with fighting games.
- Wears a silver ring on her right hand, it's too big for her so she wears it on her thumb.
