Noelle is a very shy slug that doesn't like going out a lot. She's been through a lot and that had quite the impact on her personality. She's very introvertedand rarely leaves the house if she doesn't really have to. She often tries to and gets a lot of help from the ones she loves with it but she just can't go out alone without worrying. While she can be described as paranoid she's not unfriendly. It's quite the opposite, Noelle is a very sweet and innocent girl that will try and stay friendly as long as she can. She's easily upset and it's not unlikely to see her cry.
