Jean-Claude, a seemingly innocent poodle dad by day, chaotic villain by night.
Him and his daughter, Claire, live next door to Axel and Jane.
Jean Claude is a very supportive dad, always trying to do what's best for lil Claire.  

Jean Claude is widely known and respected in the town's criminal world. He rarely steals anything of much value (maybe a little here and there), he really just likes causing a commotion (like lemme break into this building and y'all can rob it). His weapon of choice is a baguette, which he smacks people with. He is also quite skilled in martial arts so even if he doesn't have his baguette, he can still whoop ya. He most likely goes under an alias (which I have yet to figure out).
