IF YOU OFFER ON A CHARACTER AND I ACCEPT YOUR OFFER, PLEASE DO NOT GHOST ME OR TRY TO HOLD LONGER THAN OUR AGREEMENT OR THIS WILL EARN A SPOT ON MY BLACKLIST

IF YOU BREAK ANY OF THESE RULES THEN YOU WILL EARN A SPOT ON MY BLACKLIST !!

When you purchase anything from me, you agree with and accept these terms whether you have read them or not.

These terms may be subject to change.

ADOPTS/CUSTOMS

By purchasing an adopt/commission/custom from me, you agree that you’re not going to receive anything physical unless otherwise stated.

- Holds are negotiable

- Payment must be sent 24 hours after claiming the adopt/design, otherwise it’ll be open again.

After purchase, the owner may:

- Change the design as they want as long as the character isn’t unrecognizable

- Must give me credit me for the character (principetitano)

- Give/Trade

- Resell for the same or lower price than bought (may sell at a higher price if extra art is involved)

- Do not claim you made the adopt

- Never remove my signature

- Non commercial use only

COMMISSIONS

- Payments are made through PayPal/Cash app

- Payment is paid up front before I start on your commission

- Commissions are completed no longer than a week

- Feel free to send in references/specific poses you want your characters to be in

- No refunds

- If there are any questions, feel free to ask them 💖
