Diana is an aspiring mage, currently residing in a cottage outside of Riddlelock where she is dedicated to her studious work on her post grad thesis.

Her Story... Diana was born in the quiet mountain town of Snowhurst to doting parents who worked as lumber traders. Though she was surrounded by physically strong, hardy pouflons, Diana took an early interest in magic and its use by mages when she was given a book on mage history by a student visiting from Asterfall College. Her parents admired her dedication to expanding her mind, and realized they were unable to afford to send her to Asterfall, or likely any mage schools. They never let Diana know this, however, and worked tirelessly to earn the funds to buy Diana more books from faraway places. They scrimped and saved enough to travel on multi-day trips to larger cities in Bellacoste, where they sought advice for how to achieve Dianas goals on their meager income. Over the years Diana taught herself basic mage skills and abilities, and regularly corresponded by mail with a kind professor from Riddlelock's far away mage college. Though her education was far from standard, Diana could prove her knowledge through her mage abilities, and earned herself a scholarship to Riddlelock. Though sad to see their child leave home for good, Diana's parents remained her steadfast supporters, seeing her off on her journey and filling her luggage with mementos to remind her of her home and family. Diana wrote to her parents consistantly, sharing her adventure in ink with the wonderful, yet humble folks who raised her.

Her present... Upon completing her mage schooling at Riddlelock, Diana took a year off to travel and meet with talented mages across the land, picking up knowledge and ideas for how to develop her newly acquired abilities. While exploring the Redwick Forest, Diana became intrigued by the potent magical abilities of the plants and fungi that covered the forest floor, and stayed to learn for several weeks with the help of local mages and garden enthusiasts. Her passion for the oft overlooked life of the forest grew every moment she spent within Redwick, and soon enough she had found her calling as a mage: to study and record the magical abilities of herbs and mushrooms, and learn to adapt their magic into a useful source of energy. She wrote to her favourite professor at Riddlelock, explaining her interest and asking to take on a thesis project under her mentorship. Diana was granted her request, and took up residence in a cozy cottage on the outskirts of the unenxplored land where Marshgrave and Redwick Forest meet. Here she spends her days and nights studiously researching the magical properties of the local flora, eager to make discoveries new to the mage world, and craft ways of harnessing this untapped magical potential into usable mage skills. Relationships

Cleo [Mage Apprentice]

Diana met Cleo in the Citremary marketplace, and was quickly charmed by her bubbly personality. When Diana discovered Cleo's interest in magic, she brought her on a trip to Riddlelock to explore potential schooling options. When Diana realized Cleo had no way to afford tuition or housing near Riddlelock, she took the young Pouflon under her wing, and into her own cozy cottage near Marshgrave and Redwick forest.

Winnie [Adoptive Grandmother]

Upon graduating Riddlelock College, Diana purchased an old cottage in the nearby forest to live in during her post grad studies. There she met Winnie, a small, blind, bristly Ursuki, and offered the sweet elderly creature a room in exchange for help with the home and garden chores. 

Lily [Friend]

Lily was a young bloom when she found herself lost in a forest and stumbled upon Diana's cottage. While treating Lily's injured hoof, she suggested the young pouflon start a career as an herbalist, with Winnie as her mentor and confidant.
