Emmaleth

 Emmaleth is technically an angel however she has no wings. She lost them in the most recent heaven-hell conflict (which actually was a long long time ago) so she wears a cape at all times to conceal her lack of wings.
They're currently working on a way to get her wings back. Her tattoo is between her shoulderblades (or more specifically, between the bases of her wings)

She's an apprentice mechanical wing maker

They're still developing these but she's very excited at the prospect of having wings again!
