Phantom is a Shiny Gengar. His body is covered in strange quills and fur, most of which is a dark, unsaturated purple. A white cresent mark is present over his right eye. The tufts of hair are slicked back. Phantom has a dusting of freckles on his cheeks.

Story

He has a Mega Stone but hates having to use his Mega evolution. He has split personalties from trauma in his childhood. His main personality is timid, soft-spoken and an avioder of confrontation while his second personality, expressed through Mega form, is tempestuous, hostile, and has a tendioucy to get rather voilent.
