probably the most important thing is don't resell my designs for a higher price if you're selling it in the same condition it came in ( aka like no added text art redesigns description etc, it basically is just in the same state as how you bought it in ).

oh also it isn't necessary, obviously, but if you like totally entirely get rid of a character ( and like, do not plan to use them ever again ) i'd prefer you just give it back to me or tell me in advance. i hate when i lose stuff i make and i usually have the art somewhere anyways, but yk. your choice in the end ultimately
