She still acts unfriendly with most people because she has trust issues and has a hard time accepting her new life. She has a big heart, she just doesn't like showing it. She can come off as a cold person but she cares and worries about anyone and everyone. Of course since she's a void elf, she seems very mysterious.
Her family didn't disown her for turning into a Ren'dorei, she regurarly visits them far away from Silvermoon City and Eversong Woods. She was turned into a void elf because of an ex boyfriend who dragged her into this whole mess.
She's friendly towards Horde & Alliance members.
Her best friend is Virsa.
Her younger sister is Fleur. Fleur is a year younger than Lynasendra.

The reason why one side of her face is always covered by her hair is because her left eye was hit by (void) magic and there's just void left there. She can only see with her right eye. Please don't get me wrong, it's nothing graphic!! It looks like the Night Warrior customization option for Night elves :)
