Key features are his overbite, blue markings, striped mowhawk, and sideways S-like markings over his eyes.
Dresden is quite friendly, but not afraid to use his charm in a cunning way. A bit of a kleptomaniac, he'll pretty much just take whatever he wants so long as he thinks he can get away with it.
And if he does get caught, he'll smooth talk you into letting him keep it and you won't even be mad. Who can be with that appeal?
Although, he can get a little too cocky or push buttons a little too far while playfully messing around with others, that he does sometimes have to work a little harder to win them over again.
