Good guy all around who likes to party. Can't fight worth a damn so prefers to avoid or talk out a conflict. Likes to flirt and be hammy about it. Tries to help out when he can, but lacks mastery over any skills it seems.

Offspring to a water dragon god and the virgin sacrifice it decided to wed. Spoiled child. When his parents figured he could take care of himself, they headed off to honeymoon... and have been doing so for 6 years now. So for his adult life, he's mostly been getting to know the mortals on his father's island. He tried to help, but the civilians don't ask him to do much beyond mortal means. The few miracles he's tried to conduct flubbed. The island is quite modernized, and they don't rely too much on their god for their livlihood. They haven't done sacrifices or needed divine intervention with the weather in about 100 years now. But out of tradition, they still bring Al offerings that were meant for his dad.
