BIO: Drown used to work in a dating agency that helps people find their match. Things didn't work out too well because she ended up going to these match up dates instead of their chosen spouse. Drown gets her energy or "kick" from receiving love or attention, so she can control hallucinogenic gasses to make the other person see her as his/her chosen match (they would see her differently from what she originally is but her heart pupil stays the same). After getting fired from her job, she became a hazard to society. She demands love and attention and if she did not receive it , she would use her powers so that a person could hallucinate and see her as their worst fear.
