Background

A rather outgoing nurse that originally had no role to play in the gang scene of New Argos, Roane's life got turned upside-down after falling in love with the high-ranking Seraphim member Kanter. Although staying mostly out of any involvement, he still finds himself occasionally tangled up in their business, whether intentionally or not.
