Chase (Heatstroke)

A super villain with the power to control fire, he’s been on his own since burning his house down as a young teen. Ruthless and lacking empathy, Heatstroke spends his time torturing those who mistreat anomalous people, and occasionally keeps an eye on his younger brother.
