Oh my gosh, poor boy! Just reading this makes me feel sad, since I have experienced the foster care system and it's such a broken system. But I adore his design! His profile is a bit lacking right now, but don't worry too much about filling it now since you've already got a good base now! I hope to read more about him in the future, I really want to see if there's a happy ending for this boy!
