About
Devnetta is a student on the campus and part-time fighter in The Arena; a fighting guild that is positioned in The Capitol of Admaa.
She has the power to utilize a 'Dev Console'; just that, a developer's console that is applicable to reality itself. Using this she can manifest replicas of nearly anything in existence, give herself 'permissions' (such as being able to clip through walls), play music from seemingly no source whatsoever and even (to a rather limited degree) rewind time or short-term events that she causes using 'Ctrl+alt+delete'. She also has access to a cartoonish hammerspace.
She is quite peppy and outgoing, involved with the internet in general, and is often seen monitoring varying aspects of it. She is somewhat prideful and self-conscious about her height, and is generally one to bask in compliments.
Appearance
Devnetta has the appearance of an extremely short child of about 3 feet tall. She usually hovers to compensate for the height difference between her and other people.
She has brown skin and dark brown hair, along with a pair of glasses with the left lenses being in the shape of a star and the right being in the shape of a heart. Both are tinted pink, and the rims of these glasses are yellow.
She wears a large hair bow positioned to face the right side of her head and a sweater with patch-work designs on it.
She also wears a pale shirt beneath this along with a skirt, socks and dark boots with large belt buckles.
Devnetta most notably has a mount embedded in her chest. This mount hodls a semi-translucent video game controller. This is her weakness in battle. If the controller is hit or broken, she sustains damage just as much as she would if she was an ordinary and frail human being.
It can also be noted that if she gives the controller to someone else, they can control and manipulate her much like a character in a video game.

Backstory
Preceding the heat-death, Devnetta was a normal young girl with aspirations to produce music.
Due to the catastrophic event her soul was fused to the software she used, forcing it to be separated from her body and making her a ghost of sorts. This also, of course, manipulated her physical form and is an explanation as to why she is so short. The fusion of the soul with an electronic device granted her varying abilities and fortunately one of these abilities was to turn corporeal and/or visible to those still living.
She usually doesn't talk about it.
Arena Master
Devnetta is a subordinate AM. She holds little to no fear of the mysterious entity, and participates in arena fights purely for fun. She is indifferent to the inner workings of the operation and is more than content to be a hype-man to the stadium crowds as she fights.
Karma
Devnetta is an acquaintance of Karma and holds an appropriate level of fear and respect for the god. She mostly holds fear due to Karma reprimanding her for her often selfish actions.
Plague
An acquaintance of Plague, Devnetta warmed up to the god of disease somewhat- but that doesn't really stop her from thinking of them as a nuisance even at the best of times. Thankfully she can no longer get sick, but even that never seems to dissolve the vague contention between the two individuals.
