(Do not give ANY of my designs to the following users or you will be blacklisted as well. DO NOT HARASS ANY OF THE FOLLOWING USERS.

• Rebeccathewolf / Rebeccaadopts / jodie3tears / Broccoliisbestboy - Mass freebie claimer. Literally 100+ pages of characters.
• K-9 - Broke my TOS and called me rude + blocked me when I expressed discomfort.
• noose / warning - Personal issues. This user should not receive any of my designs under ANY circumstances.
• Shrike_vs_Crow / @Victory_in_low - Blacklisted by Mutual
• K1NGB0B / Stann / 0NI0N - Close(?) to noose
• inkwellinc - Close to noose

Terms of Service;;

(Failure to abide by these terms will result in either a warning or a blacklist. Please read these carefully as I hate to blacklist users.)

• YOU MAY NOT APPLY YOUR TERMS OF SERVICE OR RULES TO ANY OF MY DESIGNS. EVER.
• Duplicate profiles are NOT allowed, even if they are co-owned. Just put in the description that they have a co-owner.
• Do not delete the character profile off of Toyhouse.
• The next user to recieve a design by me MUST have a toyhouse. No exceptions. Contact me if you need a code.
• MY DESIGNS MAY NOT BE RESOLD, RETRADED, OR REGIFTED ON AMINO. YOU MAY NOT RESELL THEM FOR AMINO COINS EITHER. THIS APPLIES EVEN IF YOU PURCHASED A DESIGN DIRECTLY FROM ME VIA AMINO OR WITH AC.
• You may not resell a design for more than you paid UNLESS you have drawn or commissioned extra art (please note that $1 USD = 100 DA pts = 1000 AC. Do not add absurd amounts for personal art either [ex; $20 for an unfinished sketched headshot].)
• Do not remove or alter the credit for any of my designs.
• Freebies cannot be resold unless currency has been spent on them (points or $ ONLY.)
• You must wait 14 days / 2 weeks after purchase to resell, retrade, or regift one of my designs. Please let me know beforehand if you are purchasing a design from me for a friend of yours.
• You may post a design by me to Art Fight and other websites like that as long as I am properly credited and you leave the Toyhouse profile in tact.
• Redesigning a design by me is okay as long as you do not redesign them to the point that they are unrecognizable. (If the design belongs to a closed species that allows overhauls you may overhaul whenever. This is the ONLY exception to my no overhaul rule.)
