G8L3 or Gale Was initially created as a caretaker of plants basically like a futuristic gardener wherein her pigtails can produce water to pour on the plants, her heart chest opens up so you can place small flowers or seeds for safe keeping. She also can produce proper heat settings for the plants and scan them for what they need. However one dreadful night, an evil alien life force destroyed all plant forms as they can kill them and it made them struggle breathing in her planet. However, unbeknown to them Gale hid the last few remaining seeds in her heart compartment which cannot be scanned through. She now decided to hide in the caves as she try to rebuild the plant kingdom
