Mitsuo Sugawara

From a young age, Mitsuo was interested in criminal justice. His dream job was to become a detective. He finally got the job and is now a rookie detective. Mitsuo prefers to go by his last name "Sugawara". He found Kira Tsuki dying on the river bank and rescued her, eventually developing a crush on her. He went to the hospital everyday to assure she was ok.
