Born and raised in the expansive town of Wrentree, Magena lived a slow boring life during her younger years. It wasn’t until she was 16 did she come to learn about a dark secret the town held. The town wasn’t large and prosperous because of its locale as a tourist destination… but rather the Witches and Wizards who call it home. She was actually welcomed into one of the covens that called Wrentree home after she found out she had her own magical prowess..

There are three covens in Wrentree, one that practices, ‘white’ magic, one that practices ‘folk’ magic, and the last that practices ‘black’ and ‘grey’ magic. Magena was accepted into Wyrmwood Coven- the black and grey magic coven. It was with her sisters that she found out before long the high cost of Black Magic. For the knowledge and power she craved, she cast a spell… but she could never guess the cost of it.

The loss of her beloved little sister was enough to break Magena into two, and jade her to the mortal and magical world. Now, since she realized you can’t gain without losing, she is very cautious about how she casts her spells, and what she casts them for. Due to what she gained from her sacrifice, she is heralded as a wise witch, and her opinion and advice is often sought out by young witches of her coven. Now she can be found spending her days in town or at the cemetary, smoking a cigarette.
