Her herself doesn't really have any powers, its her brush , but what Paper can do is fold into the shape of anything, like origami. 

Weapons:

A magical rainbow brush, it can make anything come to life, and if she writes a word in kanji, like light, or fire, fire would shoot out,, the brush can bring colour back in colourless things too, don't tink she's too op though, that rainbow paint on her brush can run out, once ran out her brush is powerless until she gets more magic rainbow paint

Black ink, scissors, betting ripped, water since that always makes paper soggy

Backstory:

Paper was actually formed by accident, and in fact, it was Yasiku that accidently created her, Yasiku was painting with that same magic rainbow brush Paper uses, Yasiku thought the brush was just a normal brush, but as he left the picture of paper over night, Paper came to life, and was part of the family ever since. Paper doesn't really have too much of a past story, only that every so oftern, there's blobs of ink hat randomly appear sometimes, and everytime that happens, All Star can easialy get rid of the ink for paper.

~ Paper doesn't have a voice, she can't actually talk, she just writes everything down
