Charlotte is an Aegislash that resides in a swampy part of the Amico region. She works as her town's local librarian inside her tree home. Little is known about Charlotte's past - she simply appeared in town one day and began her work as a librarian for the town. She can be rather stern and doesn't take well to joking around. This combined with her mysterious past and the many weapons she privately keeps have been known to make others nervous.
It's believed that the name "Charlotte Hackshins" is not this Aegislash's true name - however, there are no documents or files to prove the identity of this Aegislash. Because of how mysterous she is, it's believed that she may have taken a particularly brutal position in the war that took place 17 years prior to the present day.
