A chemist who makes pulp horror-style zombies using a brain-zombifying chemical. Unknown whether she's the best "brain surgeon" in the world, or the worst. Loves shiny and gaudy surgical instruments.

Currently trying to amass a zombie army to take over local restaurant chains (followed by the world) but is usually thwarted by her own plans.

Lives in an "evil" laboratory underground, where she carries out her bizarre experiments and keeps test subjects. It's not actually very secret, though... she orders takeout to the address all the time.
