Appearance
⇀ Description
Charlotte is pale of skin. She has pink eyes and freckles on and around her nose and cheeks. Her lips are soft pink and will be rarely seen not-smiling. She has straight blue hair reaching down to her shoulders and beyond, and her bangs are usually pulled back, revealing her forhead (When she doesn't, it looks like the image to the right). She's a bit busty and her body is a bit of an athlete's as well as curvy 'on the right areas', as they say.
Charlotte's pink guild stamp is located to the left of her belly-button, and she will usually wear outfits displaying it. Her clothes are mostly a mix of Sexy-Chilidish-Elegant, and will always include cheerful colors, as well as cute elements such as bows and lace. You can say her outfits are inspired by a combination between Cana Alberona & Lucy Heartfilia (Fairy Tail Canon Characters). One thing Charlotte never leaves home without is light-blue polish on her nails.
Fun Fact || Charlotte wasn't born with blue hair. One of the side effects of being a Vision Project 'agent' was hair magically being turned blue (Both hers and the other 6 agents'). As of now it's permanent and there's no known cure to this powerful magical side effect.

Personality
⇀ Description
Charlotte is a very optimistic person, maybe the most optimistic around. She's an enjoyable young woman to hang out with, who loves to have fun and living life to it's fullest. One will find it mission impossible getting under her skin, that's how cheerful she is. Maybe it has something to do with her not remembering anything sorrowful, considering her painful childhood memories have been removed, and ever since her Father and Brother have been doing everything they could to stop any new ones from popping into her head.
Another hard task is making Charlotte feeling embarrassed (Unless it's her Brother Pietro teasing her about her love life). Maybe that's the reason she finds it so enjoyable doing the same to those she cares about and is close to, especially when flirting with Fred. She's a very sweet and friendly person, and is really easy to get along with. She's very expressive confident, but not too confident, and she knows her worth. At the same time Charlotte is a very direct and impulsive girl in both words and actions, what might depict her as tactless.
Charlotte loves her dear friends and family with all her heart, and she'll do anything for them, but it doesn't prevent her from loving food just as much - and do anything to get her hands on it as well. Call it a weakness? Maybe, but it doesn't really matter as long as her metabolism do what it does. Another weakness of hers is Ghosts, which she was scared of ever since she was a little girl. Up to this day she doesn't know exactly where it comes from. Her preferred colors are Blue and Pink, and her favorite season is Summer.

Glass-Make Magic
⇀ Behind the Magic
Charlotte practices the art of Glass-Make Magic, which means she can create Glass out of thin air for one out of three purposes: Attack, Defence and Decoration (Obviously). Her preferred way of fighting is from afar, where she'll use her magic attacks or create a long-range weapons; her rifle or bumerang, most likely. For defending herself she'll use some kind of Glass screens to seperate her from her enemies. Needless to say she can also use her magic for a more architecturic needs; Floors, walls, furniture, decoration and so on.
Later on Charlotte will probably be able to use Mirror Magic as well as Light Manipulation, and even coating herself with Glass and become invisible. Useful magic skills indeed, but they come at a price; Considering Glass is such a fragile material, Charlotte's mental condition is linked with the strength of her magic. As long as her will stays strong, so does her magic power.. But if someone breaks her in battle, it might be the end of her.

History
⇀ Childhood
Charlotte was born to Elijah and Renée Rizon, sister to Pietro, at a small town called Naevia. She had a pretty normal childhood at the first few years of her life, along with her small loving family. Yet, she barely remembers anything from back than.
It wasn't long after that Charlotte lost her Mother mysteriously when she was only 4. She than was raised by her father and big brother, who protected her even more than they used to. Family always meant the world to both of 'em, and Charlotte feels that way, too. Not too long after Renée died, a mysterious mage named Gaston Live, who was also in the Mage Council, approached Elijah and convinced him to enroll young Charlotte to 'Magic Prodigies School'. Gaston said the role Charlotte's to play in upcoming events is grand, and that she and a few more boys and girls are to save the world in the future. His plan worked, and Charlotte was than transferred to this so called school.. Which really was a magic experiments facility created mostly to solve magical problems around the country of Fiore and the whole Globe.
⇀ Project Vision
This project called "Vision" was held in that same facility, and was supposed to save the world from a future attack of 7 specific Dragon Slayers, using 7 kids as their opponents. Each of these kids was paired with a powerful research mage/tutor, and Charlotte got Gaston as her "guide". At first it was easy and fun, but as time went by and Charlotte got older - the "lessons" became more difficult, and she was scarred body and soul with each experiment Gaston went through. Eventually the project took it's toll on the children and the parents united to put an end to it, as well as safely returning their children to them. Considering Chere's magic is related to her mental state, her father asked Mest (AKA Doranbolt) to delete any memory she has about that place.
⇀ After the Project
After returning home to Naevia, Charlotte pretty much had a normal life.. Not remembering 95% of her past. She made friends with kids her age and started going to the town school. She grew up playful and positive, overly protected by her father and brother.
However, when Charlotte was 15, Pietro joined the Generous Giant Guild, and she decided she wants to do the same. She heard so many things about it, and wanted to experience it all herself.. Meet all these new people. It was hard, but she eventually convinced her father to let her go, and travel to Orchidea - 4 days before her 17th B-day. That's when the biggest adventure of her life begun.

⇀Fred Gaiolon [ Love Interest ]Fred was the first one to approach Charlotte once she joined the Guild, and ever since day 1 she found him attractive. Soon the 2 became friends and started going on missions as part of a small team called "Team Wings" (Along with Satsumi and Chleo). They spent a lot of time together and not too long after Chere's feelings for him started changing towards love. She haven't confessed to him yet, tough, but she really enjoyes flirting with him and is often referring to him as 'Freddie'. Charlotte remembers nothing regarding her mission to stop him from destroying the world, even if it means killing him. She loves him with all her heart, and would do anything for him. There's no telling what she'll do once she remembers her purpose again. |
⇀Satsumi Shoenawa [ Close Friend/"Brother" ] Satsumi is the 3rd member of "Team Wings", which Charlotte is at. She cares for him a lot and often feels as close to him as a sister (Which other people are often thinking by mistake, regarding their similar hair color and openess to each other). These 2 got so much in common; Both like a good competition, both are in search of adventures whenever they get the chance... And both are Vision Agents. As opposed to Charlotte Satsumi DOES remember their terrible past and future task, but avoid discussing the matter, especially with her. She sometimes can tell something's wrong, and have tried making him tell her what's wrong, but with no luck. |
⇀Pietro Rizon [ Older Brother ]Since forever Charlotte looked up to her older brother Pietro and Learnt a lot from him. She also used to copy him when she was younger; Wether it's practicing magic, joining the Generous Giant guild or smaller gestures like being left-handed and laugh easily. She's a young woman now, and is smart enough to make her own decisions, but her brother's opinion will always be of a great deal to her. Obviously she cares a lot about him and part of her will always worry when he's out on a mission, but she also trusts him with all her heart to get the job done and return safely. Pietro is about the only person in the world can make Charlotte embaressed, especially about her love life, But it's okay. She knows he's only joking, and that it's his way protecting her. |
