*I have a blacklist of people who may not be in possession of my designs & litter pups. I allow resale/gifting/trading/co-owning, but only want to ensure my characters are not going to people who have disobeyed rules in the past, or have done something else to warrant this. My blacklist is only a few people, so will doubtfully hinder you!
