Formerly human, ended up in Hell after finding a job listing for Umbra Inc. on Evil-Indeed.  He doesn't remember much of his old human life, but this doesn't seem to bother him all that much.  Happy go lucky and something of a nudist, Billy isn't the smartest guy in the world, but he loves what he does!
