Ox

A very large and very angry man who is the leader of the so-called "devil conspiracy".

He was nicknamed The Ox by his enemies for his incredible physical and mental endurance, and the name stuck. He likes the name, however he will rarely refer to anyone else by their popular or nicknames if he knows their actual name.

Ox is a quadruple amputee as the result of an early accident with an unusual strain of PK energy and his limbs are psychokinetically controlled prosthetics powered by that same energy, which is now a part of his soul. It is responsible for much of the green glow that suffuses his person. Naturally, he has incredible limb strength, and is also capable of releasing that energy briefly to disintegrate things with extended contact. His main psychokinetic skill seems to be instantly sensing and halting attacks that get close to him (or someone he is protecting, usually Dove). However, there is clearly much much more than that, but he is reluctant to show it.

Ox is mostly a no-bullshit type who cuts straight to the point and is blunt like a basketball. He wields a finely tuned deadpan like a master swordsman during small talk. Stealth and discretion are far from his forte, and he will use only the minimum amount of finesse necessary unless he has a lot of time to spare. He *really* hates the Brethren. Even compared to other Fallen, he takes it to the next level and it seems to be most of what he thinks about nowadays. His diabolic "vice" is seeing and making paintings and other fine arts, although painting supplies are difficult to carry around and he is always on the move, so it's mostly just appreciation.

He always travels with Dove, his assistant and longtime friend, who appears to be a small child. He treats her with a high degree of respect and deference, even though she doesn't seem quite all there. Together they are nearly invincible in battle, and even angels fear to tread in their wake.
