Cheerful and positive, always looks on the bright side of life. She's very hard-working and efficient in pretty much everything she does.
Comes from a very religious family, equally religious herself. Being a Worshipper (LR fictional religion), she always wears an Ahaper (fictional symbol of said religion).
She's an engineer and a weapons specialist, working for the Church. She's also a senior student at a technological school for engineering.
She has a lot of faith in people, and usually ends up being disappointed. However, she holds on to the faith, chooses to see good in people and thinks that everyone has something good to give.
Trivia
Absolutely loves animals, she's an animal rights activist. Has a parrot named Cookie.Her parents are farmers, so she gerally doesn't eat meat unless it's pastured.
She likes knitting and sewing as a hobby.
She generally doesn't buy from factory produced items, but rather shops at trift stores and flea markets.
Listens to different kinds of music (rock, folk-rock, electronic, punk, and dubstep mostly). She usually wears headphones when she works on stuff.

She's extroverted and a typical girl-next-door, always ready to help out, but is strict with people she thinks are doing the wrong thing. She is secretly quite anxious and worries about a bunch of things or more specifically, everything but she keeps it in and doesn't let it show. She almost never cries.
Is very obedient with her parents and the church, however she does have doubts and questions a lot of things. She has a rebellious side that she tries to keep at bay by mostly taking it out on her looks. That's pretty much the only point of conflict with her parents.
She dreads earthquakes, floods, and generally natural disasters. Additionally, she constantly fears that people around her will die and go to Hell. Dislikes people who look down on others.
- Doesn't wear the same clothes all the time so feel free to draw her in different outfits, as long as they fit her style.
- Wears vintage and comfortable clothes, usually wearing a lot of knitted stuff and fake leather.
- Likes wearing accessories. Mostly seen carrying around a tote bag and wearing an ahaper necklace around her neck (she has a lot of those). Has several piercings in both ears.
- Wears red a lot, likes distressed denim and complicated colourful prints. Is also partial to overalls. She loves boots, wears them even during summer.
- Her hair is naturally blonde and she shaves the right part of her head.
Aru

They don't know each other very well, but Chloe knows her cause her mom is a great benefactor of the church and Aru is kind of a celebrity in Terveru. They have met a few times around the horse riding club.

They barely know each other. She knows of him from the media cause he's pretty famous and donates to the church.
Doesn't really battle. She might hit someone with her tote bag or wrench if it's absolutely necessary.
