Personality Type
Sirene is definitely one of the more patient monks in the group. But is also quite cautious with her surroundings.
Even at times double guessing her own opinion on certain things. Which usually leads to a negative outcome in some terms.
Her empathy is usually something that makes her come across as soft. And it usually causes trouble for the others given how it's
usually directed at others that aren't too friendly. It's only when 'evil' snaps at one of her friends does she finally snap back.
She's certainly the type to give Jack less of a hard time and view's him more as a kid than a villain.
For the other monks, she tries to usually stay out of the way in a fight, but won't hesitate to step in and help if need be. Teamwork for her is a
bit hard given how it's difficult for her to decide in which way to help out without being told.
She believes in a way that anyone can be redeemed so long as they are willing. Including Jack. Seeing them not for who they say they are, but rather how they act.

Background
Ironically enough she used to be good friends with Jack. Back when the two were online pal's, and met offline in her town when he happened to be coming back from a failed Shen Gong Wu catch.
Overtime they hung out, him not really giving an obvious call-out of his 'job' other than 'robotic's engineer'. And she even added a few idea's to his arsenal of how he should've had different models for different situations. Given how she simply believed he was more or less a DM for DnD for the most part.
Although at one point during one of their hangouts she was completely caught off guard when the monks themselves attempted a full on attack on his base to retrieve a rather important Wu from him. Causing her to finally find out and was entirely crushed at the thought of her own idea's being used to hurt people. After the fight she asked if she could go with the monks to learn more about what the entire ordeal regarding their connection to Jack's was. And upon finding out she wanted to do what she could to repair the damage she'd caused from her meddling. Making her a Xiaolin apprentice eventually.
While not really much of a fighter, she's good for morale and overall clearing the storms caused in small squabbles. She holds a mutual respect for the monks, and appreciates exchanging advice during sparring. Even when it isn't asked for.
She's probably however one of the slowest to learn, as she happens to be a bit of perfectionist in her art. And it at time strains her during use of her elemental move.
