Rabies is a mysterious character. He is human, but hides his face behind a raccoon mask. He seems to really appreciate raccoons and garbage and purple.
What is known about him is that he has an appreciation for explosives and guns. He buys a whole arsenal of guns and explosives and is seen blowing up practically anything. The cops have chased him down more times than anyone could count.
He joined the motorcycle gang for unknown reasons (perhaps just to cause even more havoc), but he's good at what he does.
