About
Aichi is Knuckle's partner in protecting the emeralds, mainly the Chaos Emeralds. Knuckles dislikes Aichi as he forced his way into this position after swearing he wasn't going to let Eggman get the emeralds ever again. Aichi knows firsthand the importance of the emeralds as he helped Sonic in defeating Eggman once before (forces). Aichi can almost rival Sonic in speed with his large wings, but is very slow on foot due to flying most of the time. He strives to be as fast as Sonic one day.
