Description
After the failure of the singing AI SCRAP and the company completely going under in the interim, some very dedicated fans had a whole petition to try to bring back the lost SCRAP voice bank. They held contests, redesigned him, and even did a petition and crowdfunding to make a new public release version. 

However, the voice bank went unused by the general public after release despite the full hype behind it from the vocal synthesizer fandom. SCRAP FR even had a whole committee; he was marketed as a 2.5D character and had an official cosplayer Telepachu (seen here). They had a few concerts and events but no one really went to them so the whole committee dissolved after.
