Flavour Text:
A vault-dweller from a vault which was testing radiation control. Having been the overseers son he escaped near unscathed as the only one in the vault to show such low signs of ghoulification - however things went sideways and he now travels the Wasteland scraping by day by day. He hates ghouls with every fiber of his being. Accidentally fell into an op helping Synths and found the work tedious but rewarding. Very wary (and weary) and doesn't socialize well but he'll help others if badgered enough. Extremely proficient with a knife.
