A foxpaw that acts as an apothocary and herbal medicine-maker. Pigeon is responsible not only as acting as the only "doctor" in the area, but manager and caretaker of the letter-birds that are a vital source of communication. He tends to stutter when nervous and doesn't like directly dealing with others.
He is Tiara's childhood friend who corresponds with her through the fearin Sweets (since he's the only means of communication outside of horse-delivered mail). His information on plots against Tiara is vital to her staying free.
