Biv Roy lives near Clown Carl & Dolyata. (will be edited when more info is out)

Biv is the local artist of the area, loving to draw varied pieces with tons of pretty colors. He's the type of artist to use anything and everything he can find to complete a piece, no red paint? Let's use ketchup! This in turn receives the ire of many other monster artists who prefer if Biv didn't try to show off his ketchup painted works next to theirs. Despite this he has some friends and fans in the town he lives in. Besides painting, He likes to make colorful food as well! Rainbow gelatin, rainbow cake, rainbow road, and rainbow ice cream.... Hey what's with all the rainbow stuff?! Oh... I guess it fits with his theme. 

Another thing Biv likes is to joke around and make puns, alongside his friend, Zark. He likes to keep his list of jokes fresh so he'll often try to make up some on the spot..... and often failing at that. But despite that Zark will still genuinely think they're funny, but I guess that's what friends are for.

Fun facts!

1. He has six arms technically but can use his lower arms as legs cause it looks silly.
2. His favorite flavor of sweet stuff is Cotton Candy! (Ice cream, Soda, Candy)
3. This is not a fact but is that sparkle shaped thing around him holding the cape together or is it a marking? We'll find out.
