The Witch

Esther has lived in Deep Lake her entire life. When she was young, she made a deal with dark forces to attain great power. Ever since then she's been doing what they ask of them, and trying to make up for it by watching over the town. No supernatural entity enters or leaves Deep Lake without her knowledge. Those that would use otherworldly forces to cause trouble in town fear The Witch, and she's spoken of in a nearly mythical tone. Few actually get to meet her, but nearly all feel her influence.
