Bellusa

Bellusa lives in the forest, and waits around popular hiking paths for people who appear strong. She then challenges them to a fight! If they win, she'll grant them a wish. She... probably can't grant wishes. So it's a good thing she hasn't lost yet. When she defeats an opponent, she makes them forget about the event, and they leave bruised, and probably inexplicably disappointed. Despite the whole 'beat you up without your knowledge' thing, Bellusa is very friendly. She wouldn't actually fight anybody who doesn't accept the challenge, and she fights because, well, fighting is fun! She's up for really any challenge but a good fair fight is a good time. (whether flight and magical strength is a fair advantage vs ground-bound opponents is up to interpretation).
