Cobalt was once just as small as any other kobold, tucked away in the tunnels with his clan. After an unexpected accident involving potions, though, he was permanently changed into the hulking 'bold he is today. Many mistake him for a tough dragon because of his size, but in reality, he's still his sweet, sociable kobold self.

His big size has made him much bolder (no pun intended) than some of the others, too, and he still loves to be in big groups- in fact, being all alone often makes him feel scared and vulnerable. Since realizing he can fit in with people this way, he's taken to spending a lot of his time at the beach, his absolute favorite place to hang out and make friends. He loves the water and has become skilled at making massive sand castles with his friends, even sometimes entering sand sculpture contests and having won a couple.
